General storage instructions
- Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat (cupboard or pantry is fine).
- Always use a clean, completely dry spoon; any moisture will reduce shelf life and can cause mold.
- Keep it in an airtight container (steel, glass or good-quality food‑grade plastic); avoid repeatedly opening large bulk packs, instead refill small jars as needed.
